Twenty artists are announced to kick off proceedings for this year’s edition being held on the 8th and 9th of May.

Reading’s Are You Listening Festival is off to a strong start with the initial release of artists.

Adult DVD instantly catch the eye, their live shows have been getting glowing reviews over the last year. Reading Indie Life also heartily approve of Chartreuse, Panic Shack and Scaler whose albums we have really enjoyed recently.

There are a few artists attending who we have caught live over the last year.

Hip hop and electronica legend Dan Le Sac continues his live comeback, following the best part of a decade out of gigging. We saw him supporting Benefits at the Facebar last November.

ELLiS-D mixes post-punk, psychedelia and a range of other influences into his band. They also put in a memorable turn at the Facebar in November, supporting Gans.
