After a year off, On The Mount At Wasing returns with alt-rock-indie legends Pixies!!
Pixies are the first headliners announced for On The Mount at Wasing — a local Berkshire music highlight, housed within the impressive woodland amphitheatre on the Wasing (pronounced Way-zing) Estate, just outside of Aldermaston.
Pixies will perform on Saturday the 27th of June as part of their 2026 tour celebrating 40 years since the band formed in Boston, Massachusetts in the USA. Their distinguished career has included ten studio albums including platinum selling career highlight Doolittle and most recent album, 2024’s The Night The Zombies Came. Tracks such as ‘Where is My Mind,’ ‘Gigantic’ and ‘Debaser’ remain stalwarts of indie club nights across the country.
